August1, 2001 - Websar announces new addition to staff.
We are pleased to announce that Ms Corie Namba has joined Websar Laboratories Inc. Corie brings with her several years experience in pesticide and nutritional analysis of food and feeds as well as a background in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry. She has experience on a variety of instruments including HPLC, FTIR/IR, UV/VIS, and GC. She holds a Chemical & Biosciences Technology Diploma from Red River College in Winnipeg and is an active member of the Mid Canada section of the AOAC.
Corie also holds a black belt in the Japanese martial art of Kendo and is a two-time member of Canada's national Kendo team. She is the 2001 captain of the Manitoba Provincial Team as well as President of the Manitoba Kendo Club.
