Corie holds a Chemical and Biosciences Technology Diploma from Red River College of Winnipeg, Manitoba and is an active member of the Mid Canada section of the AOAC. She brings with her several years experience in the pesticide and nutritional analysis of food and feeds as well as a background in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
She has experience on a variety of instruments including HPLC, FTIR/IR, UV/VIS and GC. Corie speaks fluent French and has worked previously with Apotex Fermentation Inc. of Winnipeg and the Food Development Centre of Manitoba.
